Payment types explained

  • Monthly Plan Setup: One-time setup payment to activate the selected website plan.
  • Monthly Plan Recurring: Recurring billing for the selected monthly plan once the site is live.
  • Project Deposit / Milestone: Quoted payment for full-payment projects, larger builds, or approved milestone schedules.
  • Invoice / Other: Any other payment with a specific reference, invoice number, or manual amount.

Refund & cancellation policy

Project deposits are non-refundable after work begins. Monthly plan charges are non-refundable for the current billing period once the plan is active. See our
